Our Customer Service department provides the communication conduit to and from our customers. We are committed to optimize our services to our customers on product and supply issues and any packaging and production concerns our customers may have are attended to promptly.

It all begins with our customers' forecast needs, their ever changing circumstances requiring full attention, a high level of communication and follow through.

Popina measures its performance on customer satisfaction and will continue on its path of best practice.

Production

Popina’s production facility can be broken down into five distinct areas.
1. Dry Blend Mixing
2. Wet blend Mixing
3. Toasting of flavoured oats, e.g. honey toasted oats
4. High speed muesli bar process and packaging line
5. A range of multi-head scale form filling and packaging processes
