Popina is HACCP accredited and is committed to a program of continuous improvement.

As foods such as fruit, nuts, grains and seeds are subject to seasonal fluctuations, Popina’s food technicians have to keep abreast of the global environment. We monitor these ingredients on behalf of our customers and report on circumstances that may effect the consistency of supply, quality or price. Popina also puts long term supply contracts in place where possible.

Recipe Development

Every customer begins with an idea of what they want which can be driven by a taste profile, a health benefit, a point of difference that represents what their brand stands for.

The characteristics of ingredients have a way of altering when mixed, particularly when some muesli’s contain;
